We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.

We are not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed.

PETS

Other than service animals, pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the salon. To protect our clients more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.

SALON ENVIRONMENT

We understand that sometimes you must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to low volume. Communication via FaceTime (or the like), or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.

CHILDREN SAFETY

We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. Due to insurance liability, hazardous chemicals, products, and sharp implements within the salon environment are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children not receiving nail services, please DO NOT bring small children to your appointment! We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We do not have the facilities to care for children. ALWAYS supervise your child after they receive the service.
